It should Lou, if you have the ability to choose to install non market apps it will work. THe option to do this is in settings.

Ah thanks CEK, I'll be getting a Toshiba Thrive for the Wifey soon, and was looking into all the goodies I can put on there for her :)

Yes i believe so, it's still the android OS, just in tablet form so it should still allow you to access the system and manipulate it just like the phone.
