    gotta love the classic RPGs. im in the middle of a double edged sword here. yes i know games have to evolve, but i grew up with and LOVE the traditional RPGs. i started with dragon warrior titles and final fantasy on the NES. ive followed most popular RPG series and dont get me wrong...i LOVE the newer stuff too. That said, it took me a bit to get used to FF 12, and looks like the battles in FF 13 will be somewhat similar. I'm just fine with changes like this most of the time, but there will always be a place in my heart for the menu driven battles of older-style RPGs. the newer stuff has to evolve yes...but FF seems more of a action RPG now than the traditional.
