: No the Acekard is a budget flashcart that is a great purchase for it's price. The CycloDS Evolution is an expensive alternative offering more features and a more active team. The reason the Acekard is so fortunate is that it has AKAIO which is actively worked on by homebrew coders.

: I do not own a CycloDS, but I do have an AceKard 2i. I don't use the AK2i development team's operating system though. I use AKAIO and I've gone through hundreds of games on my AK2i and have yet to find more than one game that doesn't work. I forget which game it was... but patches are usually released for any games that have problems.

: I don't know how much a CycloDS really is, but they seem to be pretty expensive. I haven't done much research on them but I've seen them cost up to $50 almost. Whether that's a legitimate price I have no idea though.

The Cyclo is a better card than the Acekard (which is why CEK, B, i think X and I all own them)....however, if you just want a decent budget cart then the Acekard is find. The CycloDS is around $46 USB from RealHotStuff, plus you have to factor in a MicroSD (although i only use a 1Gb memory card so it's not comparable to PSP MS costing)
