Hey can u please tell me the difference between NTSC and PAL. cuz i downloaded the game and i patched it with ESR patcher and it didn't work properly.... when i tried to play the game it acted as if it was a dirty tape cassette ... is it because it PAL or is something else the problem?

NTSC is the video standard used in North America and Japan (60 hertz). PAL is the main standard used overseas (50 hertz).To play PAL format games on a NTSC PS2, you'll need a *PAL to NTSC converter*. I think there is one that Sixpounder posted somewhere on the forum. Convert & patch with ESR like usual and enjoy.

Omg thank you soo much man u just saved me(how u saved me: there were soo much games i wanted to download but they were in PAL format. so i didn't download them cuz i didn't know wat they were but thanks to you now i do.....gonna download all those games that i missed)
