Default Opening files from inside a game ISO folder

Hi people, in a PSP_GAME folder, if you open it, there are weird files and subfolders, these files cant be read by windows media player or windows photo viewer!

What i wanted to do is, to get the Music, Sounds, Pictures, Wallpapers from inside the game and convert them to a file format that would make possible use in windows media player and windows photo viewer, i tried google it to find a converter, but didnt get a result yet, can someone help me with this please?

The closest you'll get is to open the ISO with UMDGen, extract the image and root through the contents. Sound files will be in at3 format however.
