I think that's a bug. I also experienced that one..

I changed the compression to mpeg 4 and it's working ok now, and the file sizes are coming out at around 25mb for 5 minutes instead of 2+gb which is what i think the problem was, managed to record (Video)Holy Invasion of Privacy Badman:What Did I Do to Deserve This? successfully

it's already their, open remotejoy and right click this will bring an option window up, click on the capture tab then click codec and change the codec their

now i have RemoteJoyLite and it works fine in xmb and ingame.
my codec is Xvid MPEG-4 Codec but how can i start record the screen?

press F12 to start recording then F12 again to stop recording

so far i got it working for iso games but somehow whenever i try to play FF7 (from KoD) it doesnt show on my PC...

im guessing it doesnt work for non iso games =x
