Format your memory stick and repopulate it...it's a Rockband security thing/DLC glitch.

from what i remember, theres a text file you put in either your gamesaves folder or the iso folder i forget which. anyway, it was a blank text file titled "save" from what i remember. if you didnt have this in your folder, the game would corrupt other stuff on your mem stick. i cant remember the exact details cause its been so long though.

Put something inside your PSP/Game folder before you play RBU again. A blank text file, a piece of homebrew....anything will do.

To fix this open the program called notepad on your pc (Found in accsessories) "click save as" (you dont write anything on the text document) the save the blank text document to "PSP/GAME" on your PSP, do not choose a file name when you save it just save it as .txt

For those of you that didn't read this first, do not worry you do not have to format your memory stick, just go to the PSP folder on your Memory stick and create a new folder called "GAME" , the missing files will reappear

That's what KOD said in his upload.
