    just a tip....state your psp type and firmware when asking a question like that. with all these issues games are having atm, it will better help us to help you get it sorted.
    i've seen no known problems with the game. basic advice would be to make sure you're on 5.50 m33 or gen b...those 2 are the most current CFWs, and are the ones that more recent games run on. this game is old enough that there should be no issues. maybe try backing up your mem stick on a computer, then format the stick...put your stuff back on. also make sure the boot bin and plain modules are DISABLED in recovery menu.

    The only thing I don't like about this game is that sometimes the CPU will cheat by catching every single fly ball you hit, I mean seriously everytime I hit a home run attempt the CPU does the last effort catch and never misses, 20 home run attempts in a row is pretty sketchy.
