: It's already out in the open now VL...it's understandable people would want to keep everything nice and clean, and at this point in time it'll do no harm to release the correct images. The activity all over the internet from these recent events has been crazy, and i'd expect with the ever growing popularity of Digital Delivery it'll happen again and again in the future.

: it is a big deal in my eyes....if it's not yours, and you don't like the look of it, then don't ****in play it!!!!!!!! simple as that.....how would you feel if you bought somethin to share with your friends, and people took your name off of it and stole it claiming they are the original owner?

: Moreso if my friends decided not even to bother getting my games and wanted to wait for the non-modified versions. You're not looking at the bigger picture, and whilst your fervour is commendable, it's not necessarily the most sensible path for people wanting to attract those to their uploads.

: agreed, but where is the happy medium? maybe if there was a way to keep the icon and pic intact, and instead change the start menu in the actual game like i said...all you would have to do then is put "devils-shadow forums uploaded by kiss of death" near the bottom of the screen....that would keep it tidy, and also make the watermark permanent.
don't know if it's possible though.

The happy medium is what Kiss has done....we've had more activity here over the last 48 hours than ever before, and those images were made available very soon after the games were posted. As i said it's understandable people would like "untouched" games, and if they know that they only have to wait a little while to be guaranteed the genuine thing they'll just wait. Sooner or later people will realise that they'd get the same games earlier by coming here and just learning how to replace the icons themselves. People will always steal Kiss's links...it's educating enough people that the games are always here first that's important.
