First off I am using PSP Slim-2000 TA-085 with CFW 5.50 Gen D3-2. I converted the ISO for this to a CSO using UMD GEN v4 and added to my ISO folder. When I started up my PSP the game does not show up. Is this because I used a CSO? Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you tried it uncompressed as an ISO? That's probably the best thing to try next.
