The works perfectly well but at the start im given the option to save data to card to speed up disc access (i click no) I then click yes to create a game save and it just freezes. No disc access, nothing. Just says "saving to memory stick"

Is this a problem anyone else has had? im using an 8gb pro duo and ive never had this problem before with any game. Im hoping i can save my progress after the 1st mission.

don't ever save the game to the ms there is no good reason besides that caused your save problem

Thanks for the reply, i dont mean i say yes on the 1st option (to copy game data to the card) I mean the 2nd option at the start to create a save game so my progress can be auto saved. Once i click yes it freezes. Will i still be able to save my progress once in the game?

did you change the ISO/CSO at all?

The game was downloaded from a different site as it was only a 380mb rar file as on here its 500 odd mb and im nearing my monthly download limit.

The file was patched for Gen d2 but i used decryptor to patch it so it would run on 5.00 m33-6

The game plays fine, just doesnt create a save game file at the start. Im using an ISO and ive tried it on a 4gb card on gen b2 and it still freezes.

I hope i can save the game during play and it will be ok.

its from a diff site thats your prob. the only working one is here! and like jolt said, if you running a game off of the mem stick...NEVER EVER USE THE INSTALL OPTION...theres no need
