this verison works perfect but if you drive with a bus/train/taxi push " No " for the move set if you push "Yes" sometimes it works but sometimes it loop endless. you should only change you move set in the hotel room.

make sure youre using default games speed. u can change this at the xmb(psp main menu)
press select to bring up the vsh menu, then set the game clock to default.

no. i believe kod had to do something special with it. you COULD get the unpatched one, but this is prolly the only one thats gonna work if im not mistaken.
