Does this game have the same lag issues as Yu-Gi-Oh tagforce 3 when ever you start a duel?

Sorry, I'm still new to PSP's, so do we need the EBOOT to play the game? And what is it for?

No just download the games and drag the file inside of the rar file to the ISO file on your PSP, that is assuming you have CFW, you sound like a newb though so hopefully you know what they are.

If not than go google it!

tysonrs is right you need Custom Firmware on your psp.

go to http://www.poweriso.com/download.htm and click one of the download buttons. you'll be redirected to another site to download PowerISO with this program when you extract the files you'll only get 1 file(it'll be an ISO file) put that file in your PSP:\ISO file(PSP stands for the drive your computer gave you psp when you connect it). I just changed my harddrive and forgot to re-down load that program and ran into the problem I think you where having.
