Uploader's Note (written by original thread owner eighthdayregret): Yeah, I wrote uploader, even though I don't upload anymore and this thread isn't even for uploads. It's how I got my start and gained a good enough reputation to be a part of this. I wrote it because I am personally responsible for 95 scene releases. Games I paid for. I had games donated to me by uploaders that no longer even trust the scene, specifically so they could be scene-released. I've had amazing new-blood uploaders like Donani tell me that I am part of the reason they started buying games and uploading them themselves. It's fair to assume that other games I paid for and uploaded that weren't scene released (in all, 128 unique releases no one had ever seen) were most likely used as the basis for several of the patches in the PLAYASiA_DUMP_FIX_PACKs and UMD_2_PSN_PACKs. With help from my friend son goku, I created MHP631, which became the scene-approved method of patching Gods Eater: Burst and spawned a Renascene Lazy Patch. And let's not forget my first-ever scene release, the infamous ClaDun: This is an RPG!, which I uploaded on my birthday in 2011 and started this whole f**king thing.
I'm not bragging. I am honored to have been able to do all that. I've always looked at it as both a privilege and a duty to do the things I've done.
And I loved every. f**king. minute. of it. It meant alot to be able to do all of those things for everyone. In ways that most people wouldn't understand, or even care about. I've had alot of fun. Everyone who knows me knows how much this scene means to me.
That said, there was an extended period where I was... indisposed. All my uploads disappeared while I was gone, my filehosting accounts shut down. But before I went ghost-status, I started this thread, with help from a good friend of mine and a mysterious friend of his.
This thread stayed alive while I was gone. SOME of my work has survived, and that means alot to me, too.
I would like to extend a special thanks to -GOI- (who still maintains the Most Wanted List and is one of the coolest dudes I've ever known. His list of thanks is far too long to be written here), Waldmeister (for being Wald. 'nuff said), Donani (for taking up the bad-@$$ uploader reigns during my absence and helping with this thread), sloppycrap, Pro_Gear_Specter (for the awesome tutorial), and varin_omega (a mod who truly believes in what we're trying to do here).
I can't even tell you guys how it made me feel to see this thread not only still here, but as beautifully maintained as it is.
You guys are a shining example of why this thread exists.
This thread (I am assuming, and I doubt I'm wrong) has spawned somewhere near 10 scene releases, if not more, already.
That is something to be proud of.

I know there's others I need to thank, but names escape me for now (I'll read the thread eventually).

    Thank yourselves on my behalf.

    To address some concerns...
1.) These are not 'your' links, they are not 'exclusive' or 'unique' to your account. They are the URLs that EVERYONE gets the game from when they pay for it. What makes what you get when you pay for games work for you is your license file, which tells the game it's usable on your PSP. Just like DRM from iTunes. As we all know, once the game has been ripped to .ISO form, the license file is no longer needed anyway.
The decryption program provided in the thread removes the need for you to have ever had that license file to dump the game to .ISO. It allows you to skip that step.
2.) I appreciate the PSOne Classics that have been posted, but would like to make a request from those that have uploaded them: Please include your KEYS.BIN file. You can email it to me (since it is a very small file) and I will post it in the thread for those who want to get them.
Any KEYS.BIN files I have for PSOne Classics that have already been uploaded will be added to the thread, as well. And I have alot of them.
3.) For the TurboGrafx Classics that have been uploaded, if you've paid for it, please email me the decrypted 'DLC' files or post them in the thread (I bought all of the US versions of these games, except New Adventure Island, so I guess I'll be uploading them for the US region). All you have to do is run the game you paid for while the NPDecrypter.prx is enabled, and it will decrypt the necessary files. Please include those files with your links.

It is completely feasible to have every game for every region downloadable in this thread if we work together as a community.

PSP Scene's PSN Most Wanted List!

This is a list of currently undumped PSN exclusive games and Minis (or dumped but not available as untouched), if you have any of them, please don't hesitate to contribute!

It is mostly based on Renascene's
Redump and Undumped lists (click on the blue names to see them by yourself) and PLAYASiA's .NFO files, with various small improvements and additions made by me. Big thanks to them!

And be sure to follow these lists for the UMD titles, the PSP Scene is also looking for untouched and missing UMD dumps, and there's a LOT of work to do!

Please take note that some of the games removed from this list will not be automatically added to the first post. If they're not there, just grab the scene releases (the groups won't post the original .PKG files here, for obvious reasons), they're exactly the same but you won't have to extract any .PKG, EBOOT.PBP or anything else. Also, the game names in the japanese store are NOT romanized (with very few exceptions), so i've added both names to the list (after getting them from various sources, i.e. official websites) for easier searching. Try using Google if you still have problems.

    Final notes:
    - (P) means that the game is already available but TOUCHED, which means it's either pre-patched or rebuilt. The PSP Scene needs only genuine, untouched stuff!
    - (U) means there are huge problems in getting the game: it's either no longer available for purchase, requiring a PS3, or only available as redeemable content. Read carefully, and check if you have them in your PSN accounts!
    - EU games can feature more languages than their non-EU counterparts, with few exceptions. Also, some of these games have received physical releases in other countries, and thus are NOT considered as "exclusives" over there.

EU (PSN Exclusives - Full Games):

    - ClaDun x2
    - Legends of War: Patton's Campaign
    - NeoGeo Heroes: Ultimate Shooting

EU (PSN Exclusives - NeoGeo Station):
    - Baseball Stars Professional
    - Fatal Fury
    - League Bowling

    - The King of Fighters '96
    - World Heroes

JP (PSN Exclusives - Full Games):
    - Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Kenkaku Romantan Kansen - Kenran Yuugi (るろうに剣心 -明治剣客浪漫譚- 絢爛遊戯)

    - The Kung Fu (THE 功夫)
    - Victory Run: Eikou no 13,000KM (ビクトリーラン)

JP (PSN Exclusives - BeitHell 2000 Redeemable Titles):
    - Feeling Partner 5 vs. 5
    (U) (Serial code for this game is probably either NPJG-00090, NPJG-00091, NPJG-00092 or NPJG-00094, because they're part of the same set, and one of them, Bingo Mashin, has code NPJG-00093)

    PSN DLC Most Wanted List!

This is a list of currently undecrypted PSN downloadable content, if you have any of these addons, please don't hesitate to contribute!

    Please use
Leecherman's tool from the first post of this thread to extract and decrypt the DLC from the original .PKG files, if you don't want to use a PSP (big thanks to him)

Please take note that not all the addons work on all ISO drivers on some CFWs. If it doesn't work on NP9660, switch to M33, and vice-versa. And in the folder with all the EDAT files there could be files in different formats (for example BIN, PAC and SPRX) and subfolders, they don't need to be decrypted but it's better not to delete anything.
Leecherman's tool should deal with all of them anyway.

I won't include free stuff in this list as they're easily obtainable, especially with the method in the first post.
And like the previous list, some of the addons removed from here will not be automatically added to the first post.

PARTIALLY RELEASED DLC (Most games have only missing buyable content, unless otherwise specified):

    - Buzz! The Ultimate Music Quiz (Everything but the Italian quiz packs and the Celebrities quiz pack for an undumped English version)
    - Durarara!! 3way Standoff
    - Frontier Gate (At least three redeemable costumes are still missing, but the codes to obtain them expired a long time ago)

    - Frontier Gate Boost+ (Famitsu redeemable costume?)

    - PW: Project Witch

    - Yuusha 30 Second (Also redeemable if you buy the retail copy)

On a side note, even if they're not PSN addons, i'm also searching for these packs, released in the scene many years ago but nowhere to be found:

I feel like I'm such a noob with this stuff. Do you have to actually have a purchase in PSN? What if you don't? My brain hurts.
