    When I'm entering the password, it states that it's the wrong pw. Any ideas,or help is welcomed, thanks.

    try re entering the password...its "kiss of death"...type it out dont copy and paste...dont forget to leave the spaces..and no capital letters either...

    You're probably entering it without spaces. It's with spaces, and all lower-case letters. Hope that helps.
