    censored means all the over kills are coverd up by this blured red screen and you can barely make out the over kills when you activate them. thats the way rockstar had to make the game to please esrb board.

    uncensored means nothing is censored out, its all clearly visible. you can clearly see all over kills. the way the game was going to be made.

    censored is like watching hostle on cbs. all the bad language and deaths have been changed or edited.

    uncensored is watching hostle on dvd with out having all the good stuff taken out . lol
