Uhm, I have a problem, I DL'ed this but the game hangs before I even got the chance to start on it (it hangs when I try to start Franzea 1)!

I did everything, downloaded all the parts and unzipped it then copied the ISO. Also, there's a double exclamation points (!!) on top of the porcupine in Franzea 1. What does that mean? Can anyone help me?
