Yeah, it's not such a big deal right this second, but dissidia and many other great games are right around the corner! makes me nervous

Just buy 'em and reflash as and when.

Dissidia I'm not so bothered about, its a fighting game more or less, its the others like MGS, LBP, Agito XIII, GT5 that have me concerned.
Be Afraid
Odds are that by then they'll be a hack...once the Go gets a release the community will be fired up again.

sorry for the late response...i haven't log on for a while now.
@osti i didn't overlook your post...i was meaning to say that at least were starting to get to work on the 5.55 cfw...and hopefully sony isn't smart enough to figure out and put encrypted matterial in the umds so it identify a cfw and blocks the use of the umd.

if i could afford to buy ( especially new ) psp games i wouldnt download them anyway ostinato, "Just buy 'em" is not a good solution for everyone, still if you cant afford them i think that means you cant cry about them, still what the **ck i waited looong for stuff and i can wait long to play that will come up this year
( i m still waiting for mgs4, clock is ticking....)
Six bullets. More than enough to kill anything that moves. Now I'll show you why they call me...
"Revolver"
I can afford one game that i want to play, i can't afford all the games that are released. Why do you think that i haven't had a new PC in 7 years, don't own a current generation games console, and play videogames on a 14" CRT television.....because i'm rolling in money? I buy 99% of my games from ebay and trading forums and have only ever bought one game on release in the last 5 years (i wanted the bonus T Shirt). New games are a thing of the past....
It's all very well me saying buy them, but in a sense that's merely me saying that people will actually have to be selective. Read reviews, rent them from shops, borrow from friends, ask to try them in shops and look at demo's. If you can't afford even one new PSP game every six months it makes me scratch my head a little. If i want to play Dissidia and it's a 5.55 game and no "hack" has emerged i'll wait 6 months for a sale and buy it when it's cheaper.
I just get a little fed up with the expectation that everyone should have access to everything immediately....when i was growing up with my first computer/console, i played every game i owned until it was virtually worn out until i could afford the next one. If you're whinging about games getting released that you can't play, either buy them (now or later) or content yourself with the good fortune we've had on the PSP up until now.

I think a lot of us don't appreciate the current psp releases due to us getting so many for free, their are some great titles on the pspnand the only true way to appreciate them is to be restricted like this, sony may have done us a favour.
at this stage every one that has a hackable psp has got more than their moneys worth with the choice of iso's you can still download
I totally agree with you and Osti, KOD. Haw many really good PSP games have we played, and just said "yeah that was okay, NEXT!" There ARE good and bad points to being able to play ISOs. I'm going to buy a hard copy of these new games anyway.(the ones i really want at least) My only complaint is being used to the fast load time of the mem stick compared to the actual disc...that's what is really gonna suck for me.
Wait for the ISO release for the PSP Go then....
It'll be hacked no fear....i just get tired of the instant demand for a new CFW just to play a couple of new games. Just look at the available range of games if you have a desire to play a game!
