micro sd cards are EXTREMELY easy to find cheap/locally, you can goto ANY electronics store that sells cameras/phones or even alot of the bigger pharmacies carry them,

It doesn't have to be but you want the best speed you can get if you're going to be playing games off an adapter. I expect you have a couple of class 4's for your DS...why not order the Photofast adapter and try it with those, and then you can judge for yourself if you'd want a 6. Usually it's the intensive games like GTA and some plugins that can cause problems on slower cards.

I don't know if the vendor is reliable as i've never used them but here's a link for a cheap 8gb class 6. Two of them and the adapter is just over £30 for 16Gb of memory!
