when u choose the game to play, you should get a list of pops to use. try either 3.71 or 3.9

4.01 is also a reliable one. once youve selected one for a game its locked in...pops wont come up for you again for that game unless you hold the r trigger as soon as you click x from the xmb to start the game. then you can choose another pops.
when all else fails...just try every damn pops in the list until it works for ya!

i have psp 2000(black) cfw 5.00 m33-6
i have seplugins and pops (3.00-4.01)
i downloaded devils shadow's tales of destiny II (all 3 discs as 1 eboot)
i've tried all the pops (3.00-4.01-original from flash)
but i cant get the game to go past the ps logo
do i need some kind of special file or plugin to be able to play "multiple dics as one eboot" games???
ps i also got devilshadow tales of destiny 1 and that game works fine but i keep having this problem with tales of destiny II

Use 3.71 or 3.72. (Multidisc games are not supported on pops versions under 3.71 anyway...which is why you've had issues with most of the ones you've tried)

Also check if if works on either disc speed (normal or fast).

Also Tales of Destiny 2 on the PSX is Tales of Eternia on the PSP....perhaps just use the PSP game?

when i use pops 3.71 and 3.72(on fast or normal speed) it fails on the ps logo(the little music clip when it shows the ps logo starts to skip at the end of it)and just stays there
when i use 4.01(on fast or normal speed) it gets to the ps logo it play the whole little sound clip but it dosent go any further than that (fail)

yes i like your idea about the psp version as long as the game is in english.(i would rather do that)
would that one be an iso game or an eboot?
if its not to much to ask, could you give me a link for eternia?

hey guys what do i do when theres multiple discs do i combine them in 1 folder and put it in games (i got dark alex's 5.00 m33-6) or do i put them in games seperatley also what happens when i get a file other than the eboot file? ive been deleting them after dl because i dont know how to covert them...

each separate disc gets its own folder....you CAN get multi-disc eboots though....much easier to work with....if it's a game we dont have here, just put in a request. Xtrmegmr is great at gettin perfect eboots upped here.
also, if you dont have an eboot, then the game isnt in psp format. you may have a bin file with the eboot, and thats okay, but if you have like a bin and cue file...no eboot, then its not in the correct format.

I've been reading that it's better to have a m33 for this soo...
I have a 5.50 gen D3 can I play alright using this or should I downgrade??
If I CAN play then what would be the popsloader to use? Since I didn't see anything for gen D3 there.
Sry if it' stupid question but I don't know much about this.
A friend of mine hacked my Psp and only recently have I got off my lazy *** and started learning something..

EDIT: ookay so to make my life easier I just went over to my friend's house and got him to change my CFW. I now have 5.00 M33-6. Just have to download the correct popsloader right?

EDIT..again... I put popsloader on psp. Then I downloaded Legend of dragoon that KOD posted. When I try to play it says data is corrupted...
