Do you need pops to play psx games on your psp. Im running cfw 5.00 m33-4 on my psp slim. I have resident evil 1 dc. When I put in my game folder and go to play it. It shows it as corrruted data.
Know there is four rar files to this game. Do I extract all four rar files to the game folder or just one?
Oh yea the reason I ask about the pops is because I have mortal kombat and that one works and that game is a psx eboot. I checked my plugins and all I have is cxmb.prx for my themes.

I think so...or maybe your game is really corrupted...try asking at the thread that you dl...and dont forget to put your game on your psp-game folder...the whole game folder...

pops is not needed all the time. i'm running the same cfw and really only need popsloader for a couple of games. its a hit and miss. if a game is running poorly or won't start, try pops.

Well maybe my game is corrupted, im going to try a diff one and see what happens. Then I will take it from there..

R click on pt 1 rar file. select EXTRACT TO. Part1 will begin extracting. Then part 2 will extract automaticly, then 3, then 4. What you should have after that is a larger file. R click on that larger new file and extract from that . the file from that(should be a yellow unzipped folder with the game's title) is what you put in the GAME folder on your MS.

Ok i did that, but when I go to play the game it shows it as corrupted data.
It has the eboot file in it, is it suppose to have a key.bin file?
