Default ^v^v^ How To Play PSX Eboots ^v^v

This is for home made e-boots only, and not the official PSN store ones which do not require pops

^For anyone that does not know how to load PSX games, heres a quick tutorial with everything you need.

First of all the folder with the eboot inside it eboots go in the "PSP/Game" Directory and not the ISO folder,

    Wrong "PSP/Game/EBOOT.PBP"
Correct "PSP/Game/Marvel vs Capcom/EBOOT.PBP" (this is just an example for marvel vs capcom, if you have a different game the folder name would be different)

If you are using custom firmware 3.00 - 3.72 download This and put the entire "SEPLUGINS" folder on your on the root of your memory stick.
If you are Using 3.80, 3.90 or 4.01 M33 download This and put the contents on the root of your memory stick
If you are Using 5.01 M33-3 or above download This and put the contents on the root of your memory stick

Most PSX downloads including mine have already been converted so all you need to do is put the "EBOOT.PBP" file in your PSP/Game folder.

The files will show in the game menu the same as iso's do

Please also make sure the pops plugin is enabled or the game wont go past the psx logo,

Turn your psp off completely then hold the R shoulder button and turn it back on. (keep the R button pressed)

This should bring you to the recovery menus scroll down to plugins and press enter, then make sure "popsloader.prx [POPS]" is enabled.

As defult the screen shows small but if you press the "Home" button you can change the screen setting to full if you prefer

Popsloader Installation Guide for 5.03 Gen-A and CFWE x.xx
    • Download this extract the seplugins folder and place it in the root of your memory stick.
    • Before you can use Popsloader you need to restart CFWE or Gen-A. Since the POPS.TXT file has a 1 at the end of it's line it should be enabled by default on reboot.
    • When you start your PSX game you should now see the popsloader menu.....i'm led to believe that you should not choose original from flash but any other choice should be fine. Any additional info on clarifying this would be appreciated.

When you open a drive, that is called the root,

So if you were looking at the root of a psp Memory stick you would see the following folders (Well whats on mine at the moment):

    ISO
    MP_Root
    Music
    Picture
    PSP
    seplugins
    Video
