Here are some tips to run, (Note: to activate the recovery menu, Push and Hold your turn off/on button of psp till it shuts off fully/hardly, then after few seconds turn on but after turning on suddenly press and hold the R Button. Do it before it comes on XMB)
For Gen-B and Gen-B2 users
1. Go to Recovery Menu> Configuration> Sony NP9660 (or M33 Driver, it's alternative suggestion)
and/or
2. Go To Recovery Menu> CPU Speed> Speed in XMB (Default) and Speed in UMD/ISO (Default)
3. Turn all or unnecessary Plugins off.
Other Firmware users can try this too. Some people got this work on 3.71 CFW o.o

My Story.
---
Well guys I am helping people on this game and I noticed few things,
My Gaming Speed was slow for SVR because In my Recovery Menu's CPU speed for UMD/ISO was 20. ( I dunno how lol) So I changed it to max number (336 or something) and it wasn't working. So I made it to default speed on both selections (XMB Speed and UMD/ISO Speed)
and it got working.... so I My friend Bulldoza on pspiso was having trouble on SVR 2010 as well... I suggested him these settings and it worked... thanks to him for confirmation
Enjoy
