    i believe, that a normal wii game has alot of extra data that is not necessary, and if a game has been scrubbed it means that all the unnecessary data s gone, hence the filesize is smaller

    So basically the equivalent of the dummy data, padding & update folders from a psp game?

    the game is still full with the videos and everything?
