Okay so I looked at the wire and, I swear, I couldn't tell if it was white or yellow. I THINK it was white, but it was damn close. Annnnyway, what drive do I have (what type of 360), so that I can finally pop this thing open >_>

Toshiba :3
Thanks osti.
Well, I have my 360 with me this time... but thanks still.
it's also quite clear if you have the yellow wire, it's not a light yellow it's bright yellow (i have the yellow wire one myself)
Lol, looking at the Drive though clearly shows a toshiba.
I have a toshiba with a yellow wire o_O
From picture: " If your drive looks like it's a BenQ..."
lol! @ the last sentence.. I <3 U O-man.
right, white wires means you have a benQ drive, I have the same drive as you, from the pictures it looks as if I had a toshiba but upon further inspection ( after I cracked it open, after the wire check) it was a benQ and that is a VERY good thing as hacking the benQ drives is the easiest and fastest and definitely the most worry free drive to hack. All you need now is a PCI Sata card with VIA6421 chipset to insert into your PC tower's empty PCI slot and this tutorial a pair of balls, like a real man ( this part I know you will have trouble with but muster up son, you can overcome this) read up and have courage my dear boy, you will achieve great things by following me!
Okay, this makes no sense...
My CD tray looks like a toshiba, yet if my wire is white/yellow (pretty sure it's yellow now...) then it doesn't matter? WTF....
Well Hey, the 360 in the video looks just like mine so I'll just roll with that :3
