Hmm, seems there is a file missing from the rapid links, get an error message about needing a previous .rar file before i can extract, very annoying, any help or advise?

ok im no noob but everytime I try to extract using winrar it says that I have to extract from a previous volume now ive tried everything that I can think of......Any help on this???
